Responsibilities
– Assist workers / tenants
– Checks and monitors building facilities.
– Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician, repairing general electrical minor repairs ,
painting, minor plumbing , and repairing doors and other building fixtures, maintain facilities in the building
– Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair
– Keeps an inventory of repair supplies
– Perform other duties as assigned related to maintenance work .
Qualifications
– 2+ years of experience
– Background in electrical works, minor plumbing , minor carpentry and masonry , painting.
– Advantage ++ knowledge in mechanical
– Fast learner
– Knowledge in renovation plan reading
– Good character, honest, loyal, can work under pressure, physically healthy.
