Responsibilities:

– Answer customer inquiries via email and chat.
– Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
– Maintain accurate customer records.
– Stay up-to-date on product information and company policies.
– Work independently and as part of a team.
– Meet or exceed customer service goals.

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent.
– 1+ year of customer service experience.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Strong problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
– Technical Support experience is a plus.
